A massive natural rock arch high above sheer cliffs with turquoise water far below. Best experienced at sunrise (aim to arrive at 6AM in summer, which means leaving the trail start at 5:30AM). The trail begins at the Belvedere di Tragara viewpoint - also pinned on Offpath (title of pin is Capri Coastal Trail). 30 minutes at a good pace. You can also walk directly from Capri town, quicker but far less scenic.

The start of one of the best walks in Capri - a coastal trail running along dramatic cliffs with open sea views the entire way. Far better at sunrise; set off by 5:30AM in summer to arrive at the Arco Naturale arch (the end of the trail, also pinned on Offpath) right as the light hits. Takes around 30 minutes at a good pace.

Head out to the large rock sitting right in the middle of the town harbor - it's a little treacherous. If there are locals jumping, follow their lead on the way up and down. If not, climb carefully and pick a spot with good depth to jump into.

Swim out a short distance from shore to reach the rock, then climb up - getting out of the water is the hard part, water shoes help a lot. About 6m. Don't attempt if the sea is rough. A little dangerous to climb; take your time.

Beautiful beach that is one of the most beautiful in the Monopoli area, and comparably quiet to the other packed beaches in the area. Park by Cala Vergine and walk left along the rocks for 5 minutes.
